Sarah leads breath-led yoga that builds strength, focus, and connection through intelligent movement. Issy offers challenging, playful Pilates classes that develop stability, resilience, and confidence in the body.
Evenings soften into Yin Yoga, grounding practices, and Yoga Nidra, supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, and integration.
